ViewSonic Australia currently looking for a 1st level Technical support with LCD or AV background. You will proactively manage the performance of the ViewSonic’s Pre Sales and After Sales Operation within ANZ. This includes providing technical and service support to end customers, Authorised Service Providers (ASP’s) and the Sales team as required. You will also oversee the efficient processing of all RMA transactions, including the Beyond Economic Return (BER) process. Maintaining optimal stock levels of spare parts to ensure that all ASP’s are able to complete repairs within the agreed KPI’s and minimise BER expenditure.
The successful candidate will have LCD, LFD or AV technical after- sales experience. Experience of pre-sales support and product demonstration will be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
The 1st level Technical support will be based in our Sydney office and cover in-house IT and be the main contact with customer and reseller. You will be also responsible for installation and testing of our new products. Business travel within ANZ will be involved in this position.
